Join Vivian from Coherence Sound Healing for a relaxing outdoor Forest Sound Bath. Relax and unwind as you are immersed in the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls and surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Please note that this class will take place outside on the Yoga Platform at Pineridge Hollow. Participants are asked to dress for the weather and bring a yoga mat, and a blanket and pillow for comfort if you wish. Groups will meet at the Village Studio at 6:30pm and walk out to the platform together. 

Sound Therapy is an ancient meditative practice that uses instruments like the crystal singing bowls to create vibrations around the body in the meditative state, activating our body’s natural healing system, for deep healing on a cellular, emotional and spiritual level. Whether you're a seasoned sound bather or new to sound healing, our sessions are designed to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your inner world and tap into the power of sound.
