Throughout the day you’ll hear from different experts who will be giving you insights on hormonal health, fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and more. You’ll have the chance to take part in a variety of activities including a presentation and Q&A on hormonal health with Dr.Mekayla Clarke, yoga class taught by instructor Stephanie, a calming sound bath led by Vivian Morningstar, delicious healthy eats prepared by fruit de la vie, and other activities designed to care for your body and clear your mind.
