Here are the event details:

We will be starting off with Kats gentle guidance through a 40-minute breathwork session, followed by an hour and a half of ecstatic dance. Our journey will culminate in a soothing 30-minute sound bath by Coherence Sound Healing. Afterward, enjoy 1 hour of social integration with tea (as always) and a delightful charcuterie spread!
